Monthly rent receipts issued by the landlord through the Portal das Financas. They evidence payment against a registered lease.
Who needs it
Tenants. They support IRS deductions and are used alongside the lease as evidence of address.
Where to get it
Issued by the landlord through the Portal das Financas. Copies appear in the tenant's own portal.
