What it is
The single vehicle document combining registration and title. It stays with the vehicle on transfer.
Who needs it
Vehicle owners. A transfer of ownership must be registered within 60 days of purchase.
Where to get it
Issued through IMT and the vehicle registry following purchase or import. Dealers commonly handle it for new vehicles.
Does it expire?
No, but it must be updated on any change of owner or address.
